POSITIVE FINDINGS:

1. Visibility of system status:

Nagivation of pages is visible throughout the pages which shows where we are now.

2. Match between system and real world:

All terminology are relatable to real world like reviews,contact us and outlets etc.

3. Flexibility and efficiency of use:

The features and description of each product is visible and flexible to use.

NEGATIVE FINDINGS:

1. User control and freedom:

checkout or payment process is not easy because there is no add to cart option or wishlist option so user didn’t freedomly used.

recommendation: Add an option of add to card then user will easy to checkout the product.



2. Consistency and Standards:

Its interface is not consistent like the menu bar(mobile phone, review,news etc) and search bar option over all pages.



3. Help and documentation:

there is no help option or any virtual agent to guide the user about the website.

recommendation: use live chat option to guide or to resolve person’s problem.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
